Story

SHITAMACHI, JAPAN - 2055

The city of Shitamachi, Japan, is well-known as the worldwide cybercrime center since the end of World War III, in 2040.

All inhabitants have a chip controlled by brain spasms, carrying information about each citizen.

Fifteen years after the war, all television broadcasts were disrupted to stream the brutal execution of the Japanese prime minister. A hacker self-entitled M3SSI4H confessed as the author of said crime.

With a timer in hand, he threatens to explode Shitamachi.

His condition to disable the bomb is a flash drive, containing the necessary file to erase all neural information through the chips, allowing a new beggining to society.

Genetically modified to be a super-soldier at service of the special police forces, hacker Yatsumi Okimoto received a new mission through the commander of the local police, captain Tsurugi.

Her goal is to eliminate M3SSI4H – before he puts not only Japan, but the whole humanity at risk.

beat the game.
it wasnt bad, some parts were quite nice.
but still a few things:

1. played the game completely wrong during the first few minutes.
there literally is no reason to fight anything in this game, except the final boss.
Just dash , run and jump around to activate all checkpoints as fast as possible.
2. the wall clinging is a bit too clinging.
if I press a direction away from the wall, I kins of expect the character to let go.
not forcing me to jump.
often was clinging to the wall and getting shot there.

3. cutscnenes:
got almost killed during each cutscene.
Cause I could still move, my enemies could still move, I could still take damage.
and I couldn't do much about it cause I couldnt even see what was going on.
just the decreasing health bar told the truth.

4. final boss.
was collecting the last few checkpoints while accidentally running in there.
obviously ran out and got the last few checkpoints.
getting back was nasty.
Cause 1. he shoots literally across the whole world, no wall or anything stops his bullet.
2. in the narrow corridor you cant avoid his bullets.
dashing through them still damges you.
shooting, while his bullets reach you due to their infinite range, your bullets dont reach him.
so getting back to him was a pain.
still got back though through timed use of the sword swinging animation during which you didnt seem to take damage.

he shoots even when you are literally at the other end of the world.
Somehow make him only shoot if you are close to him.

5. aomething I cant seem to remember right now.

6. whats up with the bridge in the lowest part of the map?

can anything be done there?
Cause its obviously different from the remaining game.


7. final boos was easy (once you got the hard part of getting there done).
hack and slash. you gain hp faster than he deals damage. move a bit left and right if a drone is above you.
